Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong and deliveries may not make it to the intended recipient.
Following depot searches and a search at their 'Lost & Found' location (were unaccounted for items are centrally stored and added to a database with key identifiers / descriptions saved) with the information that you have previously provided, we regret to advise that the item has now been deemed 'lost'.
Upon completion of the form below, we will now raise a claim with the carrier in question, in line with ARTICLE 19. LIABILITY of the RDS eCommerce Terms & Conditions.
