Customer Service / Operations Assistant
Location: Portslade Basin, East Sussex
Reports To: Customer Services Manager
Full time, 40 hours per week; Mon – Fri (08:00 till 17:00 / 09:00 till 18:00)
Description:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service / Operations Assistant to support our customer base with a high level of customer care, taking ownership of all tasks, escalations and complaints in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with investigative and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail is required to ensure a full response is provided and all outcomes are fair, economically feasible and in line with company policy.
Salary:
£18,000 to £24,000 PA, depending on experience
